Shaving Aesthetic Salon Usage Agreement
This agreement (hereinafter referred to as 'this Agreement') is entered into between Naps Shaving (hereinafter referred to as 'the Salon') and the customer utilizing the Salon's services (hereinafter referred to as 'the User') under the terms and conditions outlined below.
Article 1 (Purpose)
This agreement aims to define the terms and conditions for the User when receiving shaving services provided by the Salon.
Article 2 (Services Provided)
The Salon offers aesthetic services centered on shaving. Specific service details are outlined in the Salon's service menu. Services are provided by reservation, and changes or cancellations must be made within the designated period.
Article 3 (User Obligations)
Users must ensure the accuracy of the information provided at the time of reservation and promptly notify the Salon of any changes. Users agree to undergo necessary pre-treatment counseling. Users agree to follow the instructions and rules of the Salon and refrain from actions that may hinder the treatment.
Article 4 (Fees)
Users must pay the fees stipulated at the time of contract for the services provided by the Salon. Fees include consumption tax, and payment methods include cash, credit card, or other methods specified by the Salon. Additional charges may apply if there are changes to the treatment or if additional services are requested.
Article 5 (Cancellation Policy)
If the User cancels a reservation, notification must be provided by the day before the reservation. Failure to notify within the specified period may result in a cancellation fee. Details regarding cancellation fees follow the Salon's policies.
Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)
The Salon will appropriately manage personal information provided by the User and use it only within the scope necessary for service provision. Personal information will not be provided to third parties without the User's consent, except as required by law.
Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)
The Salon strives to minimize the impact of treatments on the User's body but is not responsible for temporary skin discomfort or allergic reactions resulting from the treatment. Treatments are based on the health information disclosed by the User, and the Salon is not responsible for results caused by insufficient prior disclosure of health conditions. Other skin troubles related to treatments will be handled directly between the User and the Salon's contracted insurance provider.
Article 8 (Suspension of Treatment)
If the User reports feeling unwell during treatment or if Salon staff determine that safety cannot be ensured, treatment may be suspended. Refunds related to treatment suspension will follow the Salon's policies.
Article 9 (Termination of Contract)
If the User violates this agreement or engages in fraudulent activities, the Salon may terminate this agreement. Even after contract termination, the User remains responsible for paying any outstanding fees.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)
The Salon is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service caused by natural disasters, accidents, or other acts of force majeure.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
This agreement is interpreted under Japanese law. All disputes related to this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court governing the location of the Salon.
Article 12 (Changes to the Agreement)
The Salon reserves the right to modify this agreement as necessary. Users will be notified of any changes to the agreement's content.
